KUALA LUMPUR, June 2 (Bernama) -- National diving queen, Pandelela Rinong continued her poor outing in the fifth leg of the Diving World Series 2014 which concluded on Sunday at the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre in Canada.
The 21-year-old Sarawakian who finished fourth in the women's 10m synchronised platform with Leong Mun Yee on Friday, emulated the feat after scoring 340.00 points in the individual events, held early today, according to the Fina website, www.fina.org.
Chinese divers continued their supremacy in the events after claiming the top two spots, with HuangÂ Xiaohui taking the gold medal after scoring 440.75 points while her teammate Liu Huixia secured the silver after accumulating 395.40 points.
Canadian diver, Roseline Filion had to settle for the bronze medal with 365.90 points.
The meet which started in March this year in Beijing, China will be concluded with the final leg in Monterrey, Mexico from June 6-8.....
