"Even though our target is not high, we will try to return home with at least one gold medal from the Commonwealth Games," MLBF president Wan Nawawi Wan Ismail said when contacted by Bernama Wednesday.

According Wan Nawawi, the national squad was now playing test matches against Scotland and several other countries to prepare for the Games.

The test matches began on May 15 and the squad is expected to return home on May 25, for centralised training in Bukit Kiara.

He added that the country's medal hopes would hinge on five men and five women in the team.....
