Last update: 17/03/2014
IPOH, March 17 (Bernama) -- South Korea's penalty corner specialist, Jang Jong Hyun turned out to be the saviour for his team as his two goals helped his team edge China 3-2 in the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup hockey tournament held at the Azlan Shah Hockey Stadium, tonight.

The win was their second after defeating Canada 3-0 on Friday and a 2-2 draw against Malaysia yesterday.

The match between the world number seven and China, who are ranked 25th in the world, was a very interesting affair as both teams showed their speedy style of attacking and skills.

Kim Seong Kyu put the team in lead after striking a field goal in the 19th minute but it did not last long as Zhang Zhixuan equallised three minutes before the breather.

However, two minutes after the break, China were awarded a penalty corner and Du Talake executed a perfect delivery to give China a 2-1 lead in the 37th minute.....
