Terengganu Move Atop Super League Table

KUALA LUMPUR, March 15 (Bernama) -- Terengganu moved atop the Super League table with a 1-0 win over Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium in Kuala Terengganu Saturday night.

The solitary goal scored by Cameroon footballer Vincent Bikana in the 16th minute was enough for the Turtles to dislodge Kelantan from the top of the table by goal difference after both teams were tied with 13 points.

Kelantan are nailed to the second spot after they were held to a 2-2 draw by Pahang at the Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium, Kota Baharu.

The Red Warriors' opened scoring through captain Mohd Badhri Mohd Radzi as early as the first minute and their second goal came from Khairul Izwan Rosli (80th minute) while Pahang goals came from Mohd Saiful Nizam Miswan (13th minute) and Mohd Faizol Hussein (70th minute).

Sarawak snatched the third spot from JDT after beating Lions XII 3-1 at the State Stadium, Kuching with goals scored by S. Chanturu (16th and 40th minutes) and Mohamad Rashid Aya (75th minute).....
