KUCHING, Feb 15 (Bernama) -- The affliates will decide who should lead the Malaysian Sepaktakraw Association (PSM), said its vice-president Datuk Paruwadi Musa.
He was confident the affliates would be able to select a suitable person to lead the association which has been hit by a crisis since their uninspiring performance in the sport at the SEA Games in December last year.
"There is no need for outsiders to determine the direction of PSM and I am confident the affliates will make the right decision," he told Bernama here today.
Paruwadi said a protest planned by several former national players for a change in the association's leadership was not the answer to the problems confronting sepaktakraw in the country.
According to Paruwadi, PSM may hold its election in six months as the term of the current committee ends on December 31.....
