KOTA BAHARU, Feb 11 (Bernama) -- Kelantan coach Steve Darby's future with the former treble champion may be hanging on tender hooks, after a spate of disappointing results in the M-League this season.
Kelantan Football Association (KAFA) vice president, Datuk Rosmadi Ismail said though the season was still early, the team management was monitoring the progress or rather the lack of progress of the team in the Super League and FA Cup competitions.
"Just like in the past, we will monitor the progress of the team and the results under the coach. If the poor results continue, we will carry out a post-mortem before making a decision.
"We view the performance of the team seriously because all teams in the league are producing excellent results. We know the competition this season is very stiff but we should not throw away the chances," he said when met in Kota Baharu, Tuesday.
Apart from the team management, the poor results in the Super League and FA Cup competitions had also irked the fans who have questioned the tactical approach by Darby, the Englishman who took over from Croatian Bojan Hodak.....
