T-Team Players Urged To Forget Larkin Stadium Incident And Focus On Next Match

KUALA TERENGGANU, Feb 4 (Bernama) -- T-Team head coach Mohd Azraai Khor Abdullah has urged his players to forget the alleged ugly episode at the Larkin Stadium last Saturday and focus on their next match against the Armed Forces at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium on Saturday.

Azraai said though the episode had disrupted to focus of the team, especially the import players, he had urged to players to battle on.

"There has been disruption in training as some players were required to go to the police station but we will try to calm down the situation," he told Bernama when contacted here Tuesday.

"Our target for the match against Armed Forces is to collect three points."

As for Brazilian import Evaldo Rodrigues who was allegedly punched when heading to the dressing room of the Larkin Stadium during half time last Saturday, Azraai said he would certainly be fielded in the match against the Armed Forces.

Rodrigues was allegedly assaulted by a high ranking JDT official while heading to the dressing room at half time during their FA Cup match against JDT at the Larkin Stadium.....
