KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 18 (Bernama) -- Five teams - Selangor, Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT), Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM), Terengganu and Kelantan - kicked off their 2014 Super League campaign by collecting three points after defeating their respective opponents in tonight's matches.
Last season's runner up, Selangor did not have much problems to defeat T-Team of Terengganu 2-0 at the Petaling Jaya City Council Stadium, through the goals scored by their Brazilian player, Paulo Rangel, in the 65th and 72nd minute.
In Johor Baharu, JDT also defeated Perak 2-0 at Tan Sri Hassan Yunos Stadium.
The goals were scored by Mohd Amri Yahyah in the 37th minute and the team's Argentine player Luciano Figueroa, in the 87th minute.
Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) also collected three points tonight after defeating Sarawak 2-0 at Selayang Municipal Council Stadium.....
