KANGAR, Sept 23 (Bernama) -- The draft of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) repayment method would be sent to the Education Minister before being tabled to the Cabinet in two weeks’ time, said its chairman Wan Saiful Wan Jan.
