MELAKA, Aug 13 (Bernama) -- The Melaka state government will be introducing a new complaint gathering system named Respon 2.0 to expand the medium for the people to lodge their complaints, towards improving the quality of public service delivery in the state.

Melaka Chief Minister, Adly Zahari said the system developed by the Information Technology and Communications Division of the Chief Minister's Department is expected to be introduced soon.

“Respon 2.0 is a system application for the people to channel complaints or problems on the services of the state government.

"The system is aimed speeding up the channeling of information or response from the people and the state government,” he told reporters after meeting members of Geng Viral Melaka here today.

Commenting further, he said the Respon 2.0 system is not to replace any existing public complaint systems such as the Integrated Complaint Management System (SISPAA) as each system has it own functions and benefits.
