KUALA LUMPUR, April 16 (Bernama) – TAMU Hotel & Suites, Kuala Lumpur beckons with a Selera Kampung buka puasa buffet at the Suasana @27 Restaurant from May 6-June 4.
Its executive sous chef, Azman Jemangin, said the iftar buffet will be a delightful blend of traditional dishes usually served at Hari Raya and international favourites.
“There will be Kambing Panggang, Patin Asam Tempoyak, Bubur Lambuk, Ayam Sambal Petai, Ikan Bakar and Cencaru Sumbat,” he said.
There will also be stalls dotted around the restaurant featuring dishes like Daging Salai Gulai Lemak, Satay, Nasi Briyani, Mee Goreng Mamak, Aglio Olio, Nyonya Mee Curry, Seafood Curry, Laksa Penang, Pajeri Terung, Yong Tau Foo and Portugese Foil Fish.
Starters will range from salads and ulam-ulaman to traditional kerabu, while the sweet course includes French pastries, tarts, cakes, chocolate mousse, bread and butter pudding, Bubur Jagung and Cendol Durian.
There is an early bird promotion at RM77 nett per person for booking till May 2. The normal price is RM99 nett per adult and half price for children.
