PUTRAJAYA, Dec 6 (Bernama) -- Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today came to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters here believed to assist investigation over the tampering of the final audit report on 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

His arrival at about 10.30am, went on unaware by media representatives waiting at the building main entrance until it was announced by an MACC spokesman.

On Nov 25, Auditor-General Tan Sri Dr Madinah Mohamad revealed that the final audit report on 1MDB had been tampered and Najib knew about it.

Yesterday, MACC called former MACC chief commissioner Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad to assist investigation.

Former Auditor-General Tan Sri Ambrin Buang was again called to assist investigation after another appointment with MACC on Nov 26.
