SEREMBAN, Feb 13 (Bernama) -- "She was very active in archery," said the aunt of Nur Afini Roslan, a 14-year-old student who was killed by a lawn tractor blade at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Gemas here today.
The woman, who declined to be named, told reporters when met at the forensic unit of the Tuanku Jaafar Seremban Hospital here that the last time she met her niece was around December last year.
"It is understood that the incident happened when my niece and other students were having a rehearsal for the sports' day parade at the school field."
"Nur Afini and her other siblings are very active in sports and she had also represented Pahang in archery. Her father was her coach," she said.
Two other students Abdullah Hazlan, 14, and Mohd Farhan Reza Badrol Hesam, 13, were injured in the freak accident that occurred at 10.30 am.
The school's parent-teacher association president Mohd Yusoff Ismail hoped that the public would stop spreading the photos of the incident.....
