PLUS BAGS FOUR GOLD AT 2019 MALAYSIA PR AWARDS
KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 6 -- PLUS Malaysia Bhd (PLUS), the country’s largest toll highway company, won six awards at the 2019 Malaysia PR Award (MPRA) ceremony recently.
A first-time entrant in the national PR award, PLUS won three gold awards in the technology, employee communications and corporate branding categories.
The company had also won the gold and silver awards in the best use of digital category, and bagged another silver in the public sector category.
“It is encouraging to note that the measurement of our communication initiatives bore the desired results in our effort to improve public perception. At PLUS, it is important for us to have realistic and tangible outcomes that impacts our highway customers.
"This award is also testament of the teamwork between the various departments within the company, thus my congratulations to the PLUS teams for such recognition from MPRA,” said PLUS managing director Datuk Azman Ismail in a statement today.
PLUS has also won the MARIM Risk Management Team of The Year Award this year, as well as the Asia-Pacific Strategic Risk Award 2019, the International Convention on Quality Control Circles 2019 award in Japan, Asia-Pacific Quality Organisation International Conference 2019 award in Indonesia and the regional MOB-EX Awards 2019 in Singapore.
