SERV INTRODUCES LATEST VERSION FOR CAR MAINTENANCE SOLUTION
CYBERJAYA, July 20 (Bernama) -- SERV, a mobile application for local car maintenance solutions, today unveiled the latest version of the app with features that can help owners keep their vehicles in a tip-top condition more easily.
Its founder and chief executive officer Arief Imran said since its launch two years ago, more than 5,000 users had downloaded SERV with 20 per cent of them were active users.
“We are currently collaborating with more than 100 mechanics in the Klang Valley who are offering their services straight to the customer’s doorstep,” he said at a press conference after the launch of SERV’s latest version here today.
On the app’s latest version, he said the app featured, among others Car Health Report which provides information and monitors the condition of their cars, including mileage, as well reminds owners that their vehicles are due for maintenance.
Elaborating further, Arief said SERV was currently partnering with Sureplify, MedKad, JomParking and Bateriku.com, in line with its vision to provide a complete solution for car owners. He pointed out that SERV was different than that of other vehicle maintenance apps as it provided all services needed by a vehicle.
