SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN MAXWELL TO CONTINUE
KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 3 (Bernama) -- Trading in the securities of Maxwell International Holdings Bhd remains suspended.
The company had failed to submit its quarterly report for the financial period ended Sept 30, 2018 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for public release within the stipulated timeframe.
Maxwell’s shares have been suspended from trading since May 10, 2018.
At 12.45 pm, shares of Maxwell International were flat at one sen with no trading volume.
