KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 (Bernama) -- T7 Global Bhd has signed a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate with Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation Bhd (EPIC) and CMC Engineering Sdn Bhd in relation to the construction of the East Coast Rail Line (ECRL) project.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the engineering services company said they planned to work together as a consortium to undertake the construction of the Terengganu Parcel.
The MoU will be valid for 12 months, and it may be extended with mutual agreement in writing by the parties, it said.
"The MoU is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders´ shareholding of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2018, " it added.
In a separate filing, T7 Global announced it had terminated an MoU signed on Oct 20, 2017, with EPIC, CMC and China State Construction Engineering (M) Bhd, a subsidiary of China's largest construction and real estate conglomerate, to collaborate on the ECRL construction project.....
