KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 13 (Bernama) -- Damansara Realty Bhd expects its revenue and profit to grow between 10-15 per cent this year, driven mainly by higher contributions from the integrated facility management (IFM) business.
Group Chief Executive Officer Brian Iskandar Zulkarim said the company is eyeing two large contracts and several average-size contracts with a total monthly value of up to RM10 million.
"On average, each contract is for a period of between three and five years," he told reporters after the company's corporate and business update here today.
He said in view of increasing demand for a single service provider that could offer a one-stop solution for all maintenance and operational requirements, the company's strengthened IFM segment is now able to provide a wider scope of related services to meet the clients' needs.
"This puts (the company) in good standing to benefit from increased recurring income from a diverse suite of bundled offerings through our various subsidiaries," he said.....
