PUTRAJAYA, Oct 15 (Bernama)-- I Synergy Holdings Bhd, provider of affiliate marketing solutions for enterprises in Malaysia, is in the process of listing on the Main Board of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) by year-end.

Its Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Lawrence Teo said it was a tremendous progress for the company just a year after making its debut on the National Stock Exchange of Australia.

"We are very happy with our achievement. We are now looking for more collaborations with other industries and to increase the number of affiliates between 30 and 40 per cent annually from the current 22,000," he told Bernama at the launch of the Affiliate Junction (AJ) here today.

Teo said the company was also striving to penetrate the Indonesian market by year-end.

"Last year, we had set up our representative office in Jakarta to study Indonesia's market potential. We realise that it's a market that we can't overlook as it has a large population and is still developing," he said.

At the launch today, Teo said under its unit, I Synergy International (M) Sdn Bhd, AJ was offering offline and online affiliate marketing solutions for businesses via a single network and providing mutual rewarding platform to bridge advertisers and affiliates.

"AJ is designed to deliver cost-effective, performance-based marketing to retail and corporate advertisers, as well as to reward affiliates in driving sales to the network of merchants and advertisers," he said.

In conjunction with the launch, Teo said I Synergy introduced its new affiliate programmes under AJ networks with collaborations from VJOB, FIT TIX, OPPO, GetDoc and Hot-Assist, which would be operationalised starting Nov 1.

"With this new affiliate programme advertiser, the AJ network now expands into sports, job employments, assistant services, telecommunications, and health and wellness business segments," he added.
