KUALA LUMPUR, May 19 (Bernama) -- The upcoming ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival, which expects to gather over 1,000 participants, will discuss key elements in the startup ecosystem and provide a chance for entrepreneurs to pitch business ideas to angel investors.
Jointly organised by the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Council (AYEC) and Malaysian Association of ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs (MAAYE), the event is also supported by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (Matrade).
International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed is expected to launch the event.
MAAYE Founder and AYEC Co-Chair Syed Nabil Aljeffri said the two-day event from July 29 will comprise three main programmes -- a forum, exhibition and business awards.
