SEDIC Invites Public To Submit Proposals To Uplift Indian Community's Socio-economic Status

KUALA LUMPUR, March 8 (Bernama) -- Socio-Economic Development of Indian Community (SEDIC) has invited the public to submit their proposal of initiatives which would systematically intervene and uplift the socio-economic status of the Indian community, beginning this Friday.

SEDIC, a unit under the Prime Minister's Department said for this year, six scopes of programmes had been identified, including those pertaining to entrepreneurship, education, social and cultural development.

It said the initiatives should target students, youths and the community who were in need of government assistance.....
