KTMB Upgrades e-Tiket, System

KUALA LUMPUR, April 21 (Bernama) -- Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) has upgraded its e-Tiket system to further improve its delivery system.

In a statement here today, KTMB also said that it had activated its automatic refund system since yesterday to overcome the problem of late refunds to customers

Under the automatic system, customers can get refunds within a day as compared to 14 or more days previously.

Apart from these, KTMB has increased its ticketing machines by 47 units since April 3 and upgraded its servers to 50 mbps capacity to handle online transactions more efficiently.....
