Isola Announces New Asia-Pacific Technology Center In Taiwan

KUALA LUMPUR, July 11 (Bernama) -- Isola Group S.à.r.l., has relocated its Asia-Pacific Technology Center from Singapore to a new state-of-the art facility located in Yangmei, Taiwan.

The company's manufacturing operations in Singapore and customer support would not be affected by the relocation, said a statement issued today by the company in Chandler, Arizona (US).

The new Technology Center in Taiwan is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2014 and it is expected to support the increased demand for high-speed digital, RF/microwave and millimeter wave substrates.

The new Taiwan Technology Center, which will support the increased demand for Isola's high-speed digital materials and RF/microwave and millimeter wave substrates in the Asia-Pacific region, will be co-located with the company's flagship Advanced Engineered Dielectrics Manufacturing Center in Yangmei, Taiwan.

"Relocating our Singapore Technology Center to our premier Taiwan facility better aligns our resources with our commitment to provide superior service to our Asia-Pacific customers," stated Matt LaRont, President of Isola Asia-Pacific Ltd.

Isola is a a market leader in copper-clad laminates and dielectric prepreg materials used to fabricate advanced multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs).
