Call For Malaysians To Give Continuous Support, Make Donations For Palestinians
Its chief, Datuk Shahiruddin Ab Moin, said any aid and donation, no matter how small, would help reduce the burden of the Palestinians.
"Although not much, the donation will be very meaningful for them, especially after their properties were destroyed and their loved ones were killed by the brutality of Zionist regime."
Shahiruddin, who is also Pahang Cooperative, Entrepreneurship and Consumerism Committee chairman, said this to reporters after the launch of Gaza Relief Fund and attending the breaking of fast event organised by Raub Umno here yesterday.
He said the brutality of Zionist regime had gone overboard and claimed the lives of many innocent Palestinians, including women and children.
Meanwhile, almost RM8,000 were donated by the public and government agencies at the event and the money was handed over to Pahang RTM director Zubai Ibrahim to be presented to the Kuala Lumpur Gaza Relief Fund.
