Bangladeshi Worker Killed By Komuter Train
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 29 (Bernama) -- A Bangladeshi construction labourer was killed when he was hit by a Keretapi Tanah Melayu komuter train near Batu 7, Jalan Klang Lama here on Sunday.
The victim, whose identity has not been ascertained, was dragged for about 10 metres in the incident about 11.30pm.
It is believed he was taking a shorter route to his house, via the railway track, when he was struck by the train which was plying the Port Klang-Kuala Lumpur route.
The body was sent to the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre for post-mortem.
Petaling Jaya police chief ACP Arjunaidi Mohamed confirmed the incident.
