Cuepacs And MACC Cooperate To Enhance Integrity
SEREMBAN, Nov 17 (Bernama) -- Cuepacs and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will organise more joint-programmes to enhance integrity and prevent corrupt practices in the civil service.
Cuepacs president Omar Osman said awareness on the danger of corruption among civil servants must be enhanced from time to time so that civil servants would eventually detest corruption.
He said Cuepacs was not only fighting for salary increments or the payment of annual bonus as well as the welfare of civil servants but also fighting for integrity of and the future for civil servants.
He said this to reporters after the seminar on corruption and improving integrity among civil servants organised jointly by the MACC and the Negeri Sembilan branch of Cuepacs which was opened by State Secretary Datuk Mat Ali Hassan who represented Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, here on Tuesday.
