| Koperasi Tentera Maintains 13 Per Cent Dividend Payment This Year |

KUALA LUMPUR, June 27 (Bernama) -- Koperasi Angkatan Tentera Malaysia Bhd (Koperasi Tentera) will maintain a 13 per cent dividend payment for its over 140,000 members this year.
Armed Forces chief Gen Tan Sri Azizan Ariffin said the dividend percentage demonstrated the cooperative's success in sustaining returns of at least 12 per cent.
"The cooperative has shown good and consistent financial performance, which allowed it to continuously pay dividends of 12 per cent or more for the past 13 years," he said at the 45th Koperasi Tentera annual general meeting, on Sunday.
He said it was a great achievement given the recent economic downturn.
