CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Able to work in a team as well as individually, methodical and disciplined person
• Fluent and able to write in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages will be an added advantage)
• Able to service existing clients and cater to their requests. To document all clients' interactions
• Able to work long hours and meet deadlines
• Computer literate
• Posses own transport will be an advantage

Qualifications:

• Posses Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Public Relations/ Communications or any other related field.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge/ experience in public relations will be of great value
